And of course, you have a nice looking butt as an added benefit.

Exercising has the effect of tightening the muscles, allowing them to flatten instead of becoming more prominent. For some particular body types, all muscles grow at the same time no matter what kind of workout is utilized. The good news is that there are some exercises that can help you beat your body type. Some glutes exercises like quick contractions, sprinting and clenching are good for building the butt muscles. To increase the size of the gluteus maximus muscle, do quick repetitions. To contour your glute, intense stretching, dancing and yoga are the best workout for buttocks, since they have the effect of elongating your muscles thereby forming and defining them. Other beneficial glute exercises that you can do include aerobics, weight training and swimming.
